Fresh Pure NZ Pork Leg roast has a bone that runs through the middle and when slowly roasted creates maximum tenderness, flavour and great crackling. Excellent for entertaining and Sunday night roast dinners. Country of origin NZ To get the best crackling, turn your oven up as high as you can (or roughly 200°c) for 20 minutes, then turning the temperature down to 180ºc for the duration of the cooking time. This will vary depending on the weight of the roast.
