Ideal for your entertaining occasions and for a family roast dinners. Country of origin NZ To get the best crackling, turn your oven up as high as you can (or roughly 200°c) for 20 minutes, then turning the temperature down to 180ºc for the duration of the cooking time. This will vary depending on the weight of the roast.
