What days do you deliver?

Our delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays each week, although these days can vary depending on your postal code.

Please Note: There is no deliveries if these days fall on a public holiday as we are closed every public holiday.

Where do you deliver?

We only delivery online orders within the Auckland Metropolitan Area.

Is there a cut off time for ordering?

Yes, order cut offs are generally 3 hours before the start of delivery time of 11.30am on the delivery day. If you feel you have missed the cut off time, call us on 09 622 0883 and let us know as we may still be able to deliver your order for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Most of our delivery zones have a $15.00 flat rate delivery charge, although this is dependant on your delivery postal address which you can check HERE.

How is my order delivered?

All orders are now delivered personally by one of our friendly staff to ensure your order arrives fresh on the same day and with care!

All orders are packed in sealed boxes equiped with ice packs to keep the contents of your order cold. All orders once pack are kept in a chiller until the driver is given the delivery schedule for the day and your order is genrally delivered within an hour after leaving the store.

Can I track where my order is?

Currently we do not have a order tracking system in place as we deliver your order personally to your door. We can however send you a text message upon request to your number provided on the order. Simply add a note in the "Delivery Notes" section when checking out so we can pass this onto our driver.

If you have any queries about where your order is or the status of it, you are more than welcome to contact the store on 09 622 0883 and one of our friendly staff will look into it for you.

What happens if I am not home when you deliver?

If you have a particular spot where you’d like the box left if you are out, please add this to your "Delivery Notes" field when you place your order. The default spot will otherwise be at your front door. 

REMEMBER: Once it’s delivered the responsibility for the boxes safety passes to you!

 

Ordering

How do I cancel an order?

You need to contact os to request the cancellation of your order. If your order has been picked and dispatched it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Can I change an order once I have submitted it, including adding additional items?

Yes, if you are wanting to add or remove items from your order you can do so by contacting us if your order has not been picked and dispatched yet.

Click & Collect

What days can I Click & Collect?

Click and Collect orders run from Monday to Sunday each week with two availble pick up slots.

Pick up Times are every hour starting at 10am and ending at 5pm Monday through to Sunday.

Please note: click and collect orders can only be placed 12 hours ahead of selected collection time.

Is there a pick up fee for Click & Collect orders?

No, click and collect orders are free of charge. You will only be charged for the products you order.

When will my click and collect order be ready?

You will receive an email confirmation that your Click & Collect has been finalised and is ready for pick up. 

Quality Meats 4 Less endevours to have your order picked and packed by the time that you have selected at check out. If for some reason we can not faithful your order by the desired time we will attempt to contact you.

 

Store Information

What are your opening hours?

Our store is open 7 days a week, except public holidays. Opening hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm & Sunday's 9.30am to 5.30pm

Where is your store located?

Our physical address is 359 Onehunga Mall, Shop 5, Onehunga, AKL, 1061, New Zealand.

Is the meat butchered on site?

Yes, all our fresh cuts of meat are expertly cut by our very experienced butcher. If your would like something specially cut you can ask our butcher in store or call us to discuss 09 622 0883.

Where is your meat from?

All our Fresh Lamb, Beef, Pork & Chicken is locally sourced and supplied here in New Zealand. Occiasionly our Frozen Lamb and Beef are sourced from Australia and our frozen pork is sourced from overseas genrally from USA, Finland or Spain.

Where can I find out about your deals and promotions?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we have available gift vouchers that can be purchased in any amount. Available at our store in Onehunga, or you can email us at admin@qualitymeats4less.co.nz

 

Wholesale Meat Supply

Do you supply to Wholesale Customers?

Yes, we supply wholesale meats at wholesale prices to a wide variety of customers. These include Restaurants, Cafe's, Church's, Schools and Sporting Clubs

Can I order a whole pig or lamb?

Yes, we have whole pigs and lambs available for ordering. These are considered special orders and require at least 5 days notice as these are ordered in specially for you.

We do require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to secure the order. This will only be refunded if we are not able to supply a whole pig or whole lamb for you.

Special Events, Fundraisers and Schools

Do you supply Meat Packs for Fundraisers or Special Events (Weddings, Funerals, Corporate Events etc)

Can I book a fundraiser sausage sizzle outside your store?

When will the money be taken from my account?

Payment will only be finalised once your order is picked and packed for delivery. This will genrally be on the same day you have selected for you order to be delivered, so please ensure you have the funds available on the day.
